Abstract

 

ABSTRACT

             

                   The main objectives of this research are : 1) to study Working Staff of Metropolitan Electricity Authority conforming to the four Iddhipada,               2) to compare Working Staff of Metropolitan Electricity Authority conforming to the four Iddhipada, classify by personal factors, and 3) to study the problems and suggestions for works performance of Metropolitan Electricity Authority Officers, Wat Leab Area, according to Iddhipada VI. Research conducted by the Survey Research and the samples used in this study for officers of Metropolitan Electricity Authority, Wat Leab Area, were 169 from the total of 298. Equipment used to collect data was the working level of officers, at Metropolitan Electricity Authority, Wat Leab Area, according to Iddhipada IV in confident of 0.957.          Data Analysis is carried out by using the complete program for the social science research. The statistics used to analyze data were using frequency, percentage, mean and standard deviation, analyzed by the t-test, one way analysis of variance and in the case of finding the difference of the average from 3 groups or more with Least Significant Difference (LSD).

 

The findings of this study are as follows:

1) Working Staff of Metropolitan Electricity Authority conforming  to the four Iddhipada : A case study of Metropolitan Electricity Authority Wat Leab Area, Bangkok were at high level ( =4.17) when consider each side such as Chanda : will, Viriya : effort, Citta: thoughtfulness and Vimamsa : investigation found that the working staff according to Iddhipada IV in high level in all sides.

2) Comparison of Working Staff of Metropolitan Electricity Authority conforming  to the four Iddhipada : A case study of Metropolitan Electricity Authority Wat Leab Area, Bangkok by gender, age, education, income and work experience found that the personal factors affected Works performance of Metropolitan Electricity Authority Officers, Wat Leab Area, According to Iddhipada VI were different such as education, income and work experience therefore accept the hypothesis, for the factors that Staff of Metropolitan Electricity Authority were not different such as gender and age not conform to the assumptions set.

              3) The results of the Working Staff of Metropolitan Electricity Authority conforming to Iddhipada VI : A case study of Metropolitan Electricity Authority Wat Leab Area, Bangkok was noticed as follows: inculcation of work consciousness and aspiration, awareness of work values and utility, putting the right job on the right man, encouraging the personnel to work in order to challenge one’s capacity, taking care of one own responsible task and creating environment conducive to working performance, and evaluation of working performance in short and long terms and development in the future.
